Terms of sales

1) Duration of validity

Paid treatments are valid for six months from the date of purchase. For people receiving a gift voucher, the validity of the gift voucher is six months from the date of purchase. This must be presented when use, and its number must be mentioned when booking the related treatment.

2) Delays

Please always notify us as soon as possible, Elisabeth Parcollet reserves the right to shorten the time spent on treatment in proportion to the delay observed. No reimbursement or compensation may be required.

3) Appointment not honored

In case of no show or cancellation 24 hours before the treatment, the treatment or the gift voucher will be entirely lost and / or billed.

4) Validation of reservations

Any order or reservation is linked to the unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sales. The purchase implies acceptance of the latter.

5) Gift vouchers

Our services are available as gift vouchers. They are not exchangeable, refundable, compensable or extendable and have no market value. In the event of loss or theft, they cannot be refunded or replaced and we cannot be held responsible for consumption by a third party.

7) It and freedoms
